One of the primary concern of the placement cell is to assist in clarifying career objectives and identifying employment opportunities. The office maintains list of jobs, vacancies and organizes seminar on Personality Development Programs, on writing a C.V., identifying vacancies and attending job interviews. The institute arrange campus interviews in order to help students in obtaining a lucrative job. Every year new companies, which are front runners in the respective industries, visit the campus for recruiting our students.

आज हमारे महाविद्यालय आर. बी. (पी.जी.) महाविद्यालय में आयोजित "इण्डोरामा इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (शक्तिमान यूरिया) कंपनी" के इंटर्नशिप कैंपस इंटरव्यू में छात्रों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा विद्यार्थियों का साक्षात्कार लेकर उनकी योग्यता एवं विषय ज्ञान का मूल्यांकन किया गया। चयन प्रक्रिया के उपरांत 21 विद्यार्थियों का चयन इंटर्नशिप हेतु किया गया, जिन्हें आने वाले दिनों में कंपनी में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिलेगा। महाविद्यालय प्रबंधन ने चयनित छात्रों को बधाई दी और उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की। यह अवसर विद्यार्थियों के व्यावहारिक ज्ञान एवं कैरियर विकास के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी सिद्ध होगा।
Today, at our college R.B. (P.G.) College, the Internship Campus Interview of Indorama India Pvt. Ltd. (Shaktiman Urea) was organized, in which students participated with great enthusiasm. The Company Representatives interviewed the students and evaluated their skills and subject knowledge. After the selection process, 21 Students were selected for the Internship, who will soon get the opportunity to receive training in the Company. The College Administration congratulated the selected students and wished them a bright future. This opportunity will prove to be extremely beneficial for enhancing the Student's Practical Knowledge and Career Development.
